Blue River Vacation Rentals

Blue River, Colorado has voted to tax vacation rentals.  Previously
prohibited, vacation rentals will now be permitted to do business in
the town.  Blue River vacation rental homes will be taxed at 3.4%.
There is no sales tax in Blue River.
